Laser Excel has been producing high-quality custom laser-cut stencils for over 25 years. After pioneering laser-cut stencil manufacturing in the bakery industry, we've refined our process to deliver exceptional results for a wide range of commercial, craft, and fine art applications.

With a maximum continuous sheet size of 54" × 120", we can handle projects of nearly any size. Whether you need a single custom stencil or a full product line, we provide precision cutting and support from design through final production.

Ordering Guidelines

Send us a fine-line drawing of your design. If your stencil requires more than one overlay, there is no need to draw each overlay on a separate sheet. Simply include all elements on one drawing and label each overlay with a number, color, or letter.
Add a baseline or centerline to your drawing for proper alignment. For stencils with multiple overlays, registration marks will be cut into each overlay unless you instruct us otherwise. Please let us know if you need the registration marks for repeating the design or simply for aligning a single motif.
Identify each design with a name or number.
Let us know the quantities you would like quoted. Unless otherwise requested, we will provide pricing for quantities of 12, 25, 50, and 100.
A one-time programming charge applies to each design. This fee covers converting your artwork into a format our laser equipment can process. The programming charge varies depending on the complexity of the design. Once we review your artwork, we can provide a cost estimate or program the design to determine the exact cost. There is a $150 minimum order.
When you receive a proof for approval, review it carefully and let us know if any changes are needed. Once your design is approved, we will move into production for the quantities you requested.
